Description

Solvent Reactivation Technology
Formulated as a potent solvent-borne rescue agent, this fluid is engineered to correct failures in acrylic coating applications. Unlike standard strippers, it works by chemically re-softening the existing xylene-based sealer, temporarily turning the cured resin back into a liquid state. This process allows trapped moisture—the primary cause of white patches and cloudiness—to escape, allowing the sealer to re-cure into a transparent, continuous film.

Correction & Recovery
This product is the essential "fix" for driveways and patios that have suffered from damp application or moisture entrapment. It targets and resolves "blooming" (surface whiteness), flaking, and peeling without the need for aggressive blasting. By re-binding the polymer chains, it salvages the existing SummitSeal finish, saving the significant time and expense of completely stripping and re-sealing the entire area.

System Compatibility
Developed specifically for the trade, this fluid is fully compatible with the entire SummitSeal range, including Block Paving and Imprinted Concrete Sealers (Satin, Matt, and Wet Look variants). It is applied via brush or roller to affected areas, effectively acting as a thinner and repair agent. For severe cases of over-application, it can also be used to strip xylene-based sealers back to the substrate to allow for a fresh start.
